Quick delivery and I'm really into the quality of these wigs. They feel super soft and look so natural.

I'm really into this wig, the packaging, and all the extras that were included. I got a custom cap, and it fits my noggin just right. The hair feels soft and looks lovely. Shipping was lightning quick. I thought it would be decent, but it totally blew me away. I'm definitely looking to grab more wigs from NiaWigs. Much appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised when my wig arrived a week early—talk about speedy delivery! This 14-inch piece is adorable, but I’m not totally sold on the amount of bangs. I’ve tried shifting it around and flipping some to the side, but it ends up looking like a fixed bang style. Honestly, it’s a bit too much for my taste; I prefer a few curls for that soft, wispy vibe. Still, it’s really cute overall. This is actually my second time buying from them; I got an 18-inch wig last year that was just right, even with the bangs. I made some adjustments to this one to suit my style, and I’d definitely buy it again. It’s super soft, cute, and the bangs sit perfectly at the brow. I’d recommend giving it a shot!

This company is simply amazing! No shedding at all, and I’m honestly so thankful I found them. The prices are fantastic, and I’m totally in love with my unit!!

I placed my order for the hair on Tuesday and it arrived the very next day, so by Thursday, it was in my hands. The hair is full, the quality is fantastic, and the curls spring back nicely even after being straightened. It blends really well, and you can install it straight out of the box. There was a bit of a smell at first, but a quick wash took care of that. I’ve washed it while it was in my hair, and I’ve flat ironed it twice without needing to reapply any glue after my second wash (just don’t overdo it with the product while washing, and it shouldn’t matte or pull your hair). They also include tape replacements and those Velcro-like strips to keep your hair in place during installation. I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

It arrived super quick, I’d say around 4 days at most. It's a really nice piece! I washed it, let it air dry, and then flat ironed it. I'm so excited to finally wear it this Sunday for my meeting. It looks incredibly natural! I’ve always been a fan of Nia wigs; this is probably my fourth one I’ve ordered so far.

I still haven't received my Donna Purple headband wig. It's been nearly a week since I placed the order. I tried emailing niawigs, but no response came my way. I'm starting to worry I won't see my money again or the wig I wanted. I definitely won't be shopping with niawigs again.

I've bought from Nia wigs before, and let me tell ya, their wigs are just incredible. I had my eye on this one for a bit, so I decided to treat myself. The delivery was super quick, and the packaging was spot on; it included a satin bag, an extra adjustable strap, and a wig grip. Couldn't be happier with what I got!

I absolutely adore this hair! It's so soft and silky! It took a bit for them to ship it out, but the quality and length exceeded my expectations!! lol The color is a tad different from the picture, but still gorgeous!! It's super healthy with no split ends, shedding, or tangles on this beauty!! My goodness, I’m so glad I chose Nia Wigs for this purchase! I first ordered a 16-inch purple front lace wig, but since they were out of stock, I upgraded to a full lace wig. I swear this is 22 inches or more, and it’s stunning—totally worth every penny I spent! And the wait? Totally worth it! I'm really happy! It's very full, and the ends are cut just right! I’m in love with this wig!

I’m giving this two stars due to the product quality, but I’m taking away three for the customer service.

They sent me a wig that was longer than what I actually ordered. I even sent them photos showing the measurements with a tape measure. They tried to sell me on the idea that longer is better and suggested I just get it trimmed. I checked into getting it cut, and it was gonna cost me $85, so I pushed for a return instead.

Despite the error being on Nia Wigs' part, they wouldn’t cover the return shipping, which included insurance. That felt really unfair and showed poor customer service. This was my fourth wig from them, and it’s the second time I’ve received the wrong length.

My first experience with this brand was good, but I won’t be doing business with Nia Wigs again since they wouldn’t own up to their mistake and cover the return shipping. Would I recommend them? Well, their products are usually decent, but just make sure you don’t run into any issues with your order! Their items are nice, but it’s too pricey to risk getting the wrong one and then having to pay to send it back. Shop with this company at your own risk.
